Haptic feedback when heart rate goes above or below Zone 2?

Hi Apple Community!

First time Apple Watch user here. I have an Apple Watch 8 which is working just fine especially when I am running.

While running, I am trying to maintain a heart rate that is within Zone 2. Is there any way for the watch to alert me if I go above or below zone 2 (aside from adjusting the low and high heart rate notification)?

Thank you

Apple Watch Series 8, watchOS 9

I know I've played with some in years past but I can't recall any names. I would suggest that you use your favorite internet search engine and search for something like "apple watch heart rate training". You'll probably get some articles that have lists that should give you a start. Make sure to limit the search results to the past year to avoid articles about apps that no longer exist.
