Touch Bar on MBP MacBook Pro M1 2020

Hey!

After updating to the latest Ventura 13.4.1 (22F82), my Touch Bar has stopped lighting up. It is functional, but does not light up. Touching it makes the functions work as they should, but the Touch Bar itself does not light up.

On restarting, the Mac would not boot into MacOS, and just get stuck on the loading screen.

I had to re-install OS using the MacOS recovery.

But even now the Touch Bar won't light up. Nor does the TouchBar server show up in Activity monitor.

The kernel goes into panic mode when waking up from sleep and I have to basically force restart it.

Apple Diagnostic shows the code ADP000, which which is just confusing.

Any idea what's going on?
