Verification credit card for apple pay

I have a working credit card on my name, the company is assuring me apple pay is activated, still the wallet app on my iphone SE keeps asking for verification. Now they directed me to contact apple.. Any idea where / how to go with this problem?

Apple Wallet card verification was not completed added my cards to Apple Wallet but 3 didn’t get completed because their verification.
