Logic doesn't work anymore

I have a new computer and I cant download Logic Pro X from the Apple store again. The library is only partially accessible and not all plug-ins have been downloaded. Unable to record audio. What shall I do?

To reinstall, you have to move Logic from the Applications folder to the trash first, then the App Store will re-install it.

Yes thank you. I already put the tools inside, but you are probably right. I need to start all over again
