Is it possible to turn off the sent message sound on iPhone?

Is it possible to turn off the sent message sound without turning off the received message alert tone? I still want to receive alert tones when I receive text messages, but the sent message sound (swoosh) is unnecessary for me. I don't want to have to turn off my text alert tone or have to turn off my ringer. I'm pretty sure the answer to my original question might be no, in which case: Apple please do something to fix this before I get so frustrated I switch to Android forever.

You can try turning off the Sent Mail sound in Settings > Sounds & Haptics. Select None.

You are NOT writing anyone from Apple here. This is a user to user only forum. So your threat to move to Android, doesn't really matter to us and since Apple isn't here, won't matter to them either.

If my suggestion to turn off the sent mail sound doesn't work with Messages, feel free to share your thoughts with Apple via this link --> Feedback - iPhone - Apple

No one will respond to you, but at least Apple will see your feedback.
