How can i add apple pay card for my kid’s account

Seems young people need to be at least 13 years old to use or have an Apple Pay account.

(Their birthdate is listed in their Apple ID account.)

You may want to look into using Apple Cash for under 18 year olds:

I think I found a solution! I have had the same issue for a while (as the 13 year old) and what I did is go to settings, then press on the part at the top where it says your name. There is a tab called “payment and shipping”. Click on that, and where it says payment methods press Apple Pay. From then on you should be able to add cards. Hope this helped!😁
