I am trying to play Apple Arcade’s and im unable to
iPad, iPadOS 16

Can you please confirm you have an active Apple Arcade subscription? It is possible your subscription expired.
- Open the App Store
- Tap on your Profile Picture (upper right)
- Tap on Subscriptions
Please verify Apple Arcade or a valid Apple One subscription is within the Active group.
