Apple music opening and playing automatically

Since the latest iOS update (16.5.1), my iPhone (14 Pro) is starting to play music automatically through the speaker at random times (at worst it is about every 10min, until I power down the phone). Autoplay is not active and I am not connecting to any Bluetooth headphones or Car play. The app itself is not open, but shows on the locked screen. I have followed the instructions in past posts on this issue, but the setting everyone is saying to turn off is not even on. How can I stop this from occurring?
