New M2 macpro.. LG screens not waking up

When I restart or shutdown/retsart my macpro my screens no longer wake up from sleep or low power mode. It used to be that with my Intel mac pro 2019, when I started up, my screens would wake up.

Now I have to manually power up my screens. Literally nothing changed except the MacPro. Same screens cables and LG screen settings.

Pretty lame. Anyone else having this issue?

-LG 27UD68-W 27-Inch 4K UHD IPS Monitor with FreeSync, Silver/White

-LG Electronics 34UM88-P 34-Inch 21:9 UltraWide Screen LED-Lit Monitor

both connected with:

-Postta HDMI Cable(40 Feet ) HDMI 2.0V Support 4K 2160P,1080P,3D,Audio Return and Ethernet

no adapers or docks. Cables are non-optical

I have a third screen which is a VAVA Chroma 4k projector. It has no issues (connected with same-type 50ft cable) but also doesnt go into power save / auto-off when theres no signal. I feel like I have exhausted the LG menus to see if I can prevent the no-signal auto-off and no dice. The menus are pretty limited. It seems like the new mac doesnt wake up connected monitors automatically.. The LGs dont power off, they just do that no-signal-detected thing and automatically go to sleep. If my MacPro restarted just a little bit faster I think it would beat them to it :P

Also also, and I cant stress this enough, the ONLY difference in the set up here is the new M2 MacPro Rack. Literally just swapped brains and plugged it all back in exactly as it was plugged into the almost identical Intel MacPro Rack that it replaced. So yes to identifying the monitors and cables and etc.. but my troubleshooting senses are tingling a LOT more about the macpro...

oh and FWIW the new mac is just the MacPro Rack with maxed out RAM but no GPU upgrade.. the 60 core, not the 72.
