Mac Studio Display started taking a long time to wake up

I bought my Mac Studio display a little over a year ago, and it's great. I have it connected to my 2019 MacBook Pro through a CalDigit multi interface. In the last few months, the display has gotten really slow to wake up. I tried unplugging it (the only way to restart it), but that doesn't seem to have made any difference. I don't know what changed. It didn't used to do this. It would wake almost as fast as the MBP. Any thoughts as to what I can do to get it back to its original snappy performance?
