Reporting junk message in Messages on macOS

Referencing this thread: How to report spam iMessage on Mac? - Apple Community

There appears to be no method of reporting junk on Messages in macOS. The top reply contains an article with an email address, imessage.spam@icloud.com, which after sending a message will return with an inbox full notification:

Is there any solution to reporting junk messages on macOS or will this remain a iOS/iPadOS exclusive feature?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 13.4

I’m running Sonoma and I don’t always get the “Delete and Report Junk” option. Mostly, it is just “Delete”., Why is that?

On macOS Sonoma (and maybe earlier versions), you can:

right-click the message,
click "Delete..." and
click the "Delete and Report Junk" button in the alert.

The "Delete and Report Junk" button does not always appear.
