I have logged in to the Mac App Store (version 3.0, ventura) using a managed AppleID (federated to Google Workspace) and now I cannot log out because the Store meny does not contain the "Log Out" menu command.
In its place, there is an "Account" menu command that takes you to a page where there also is not "Log Out" button or link.
How can I log out?
