I can't log out of my Apple ID account
I want to log out from my Apple ID , but the button LOG out don’t work. It must be red colour , but in my way it’s grey . So how I can log out from account ?

Tap Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy > scroll to Allow Changes, and check to see if Account changes are allowed
If they're not allowed, allow them and see if your logout button is still greyed out
