I can't log out of my Apple ID account

I want to log out from my Apple ID , but the button LOG out don’t work. It must be red colour , but in my way it’s grey . So how I can log out from account ?

I did it. But unfortunately, nothing to change , they still grey and I can’t log out (

Tap Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy > scroll to Allow Changes, and check to see if Account changes are allowed

If they're not allowed, allow them and see if your logout button is still greyed out

If you made changes to any of the restrictions, have you restarted the phone?
