iOS 16.5 Contact photo does not keep zoom cropping and shifts back to Original

This exact thing is happening on iOS 17 also! You cannot crop the contact photo it reverts back to the original photo. You would think with the new update Apple would have fixed this by now! Please Apple fix this issue! It’s so annoying! We want to see the contacts face, not the whole photo!!

Did you know that we’ve recently released iOS 16.5.1? We recommend that you update your iOS to the latest version and then try again to see if you can reproduce the issue. How to update your device: Update your iPhone or iPad
