I updated my phone to IOS 16.5 and now there are random shadows on my phone background that I can’t get rid of. I am attaching a picture of what my phone typically looks like versus what it looks like now. It also has gotten worse since I took the screenshot (more shadows popping up). Please help.

Troubleshooting an iPhone Screen.
A. This may be a ghost image. So, if you've just purchased this iPhone, then return it. You have 14 days to do so, or to get it swapped out.
B. What to Try:
Changing the background color of your Home Page to white, do you still see this? Being it is seen in a screenshot, it is part of the hardware, or a misconfiguration of the iOS.
C. Report this to Apple:
Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come.
