Hi we have Apple One sharing but my itunes library & purchases aren't transferring to the other family members? Purchases (in iphone settings) are ticked as for sharing?

Your iTunes library will not be directly shared.
Your purchases will not be automatically transferred, but can be accessed by each family member and downloaded as required to their devices by following the steps in support document linked below.
