Restricted mode

My daughters apps randomly disappeared now it’s says her phone is in restricted mode. I have turned off screen time, turned off restricted mode and restarted phone. Still no apps, not able to redownload them either. How do I fix this.

App restrictions not working on all apps I’ve followed all the instructions for how to make sure all restrictions are working properly on my kids phone but none have worked. 90% of the apps are properly grayed out once it hits 10pm but a handful of apps like YouTube, ESPN and brawl stars are still available. Ive checked the alllowed apps screen in settings and they are not allowed. I’ve restarted his phone several times. I’ve changed the passcode and none of it works. Please help.

Apps keep disappearing and reappearing Idk what’s wrong with my iPhone 7 but at like 10pm my apps disappear n when I try to re-download them it says “ Enable Restrictions” and I try that but it keeps taking me to screen time which I don’t use, and I enabled offload apps or whatever it said but that didn’t work, I rested my phone that also did not work and when ever I go to settings their there but I can’t go on them and when I wake up they reappear and I don’t know what is wrong with the phone but it might be the update 15 sum but if you know what is wrong please help 😭

App Store won't come back, tried seemingly everything In an attempt to use my phone less I put on screen time passcodes and made it so I wasn't allowed to download apps, but now I'm trying to download an app and I have it set to allow but it still isn't showing up, Ive turned on and off the phone several times, I even tried to reset the Home Screen layout and it doesn't come back. sometimes it pops up for a second then disappears. Also can't be searched if you swipe to the right and attempt to search the App Library. Any other ideas?

Hello Srampy,

The first thing we would recommend checking would be what Family Sharing group your daughter is part of. The organizer of her Family Sharing group should have control like you describe.

On your daughters iPhone, tap on Settings > Family. There should be a list of Family members. You should also see who is the Organizer.

If it is not you, then you would need to ask the organizer to turn off restricted mode.
