Apps keep disappearing and reappearing

Idk what’s wrong with my iPhone 7 but at like 10pm my apps disappear n when I try to re-download them it says “ Enable Restrictions” and I try that but it keeps taking me to screen time which I don’t use, and I enabled offload apps or whatever it said but that didn’t work, I rested my phone that also did not work and when ever I go to settings their there but I can’t go on them and when I wake up they reappear and I don’t know what is wrong with the phone but it might be the update 15 sum but if you know what is wrong please help 😭
