Problem with screen brightness

Hi, i have problem with my screen, extacly with the brightness. When i drag the slider to the maximum brightness level, from the middle of the slider, brightness does not change. I turned off auto brightness and True Tone, but it didn't help. Same as restarting the device.

Please check the following

Do you have Scheduled Night Shift On in your iPhone?
Which level have you set your Color Temperature to?
Manually enable Until Tomorrow [Enabled]
