Siri won’t answer questions while in my vehicle driving or stopped and in park.
Siri says “I can’t show you answers while in the car”.
This was not the case before I updated to iOS 16.
I am using an iPhone 12 with iOS 16 tethered to car play in my automobile.
How can iI get Siri back while driving?

It sounds like you have the Driving focus enabled. Go to Settings/Focus/Driving. You can turn it off, unless it was enabled using parental controls, or a school or business if you have an email account hosted by them or the phone is under Mobile Device Management (MDM).

Well, I know that FedEx disables Siri while driving. So if you have a legacy FedEx email account on your phone, or a profile, they can still control it.
Go to Settings/Mail/Accounts and see if there is an account, even if it is turned off.
Go to Settings/General/VPN & Device Management and see if there are any profiles left over from FedEx.
Forget “umbrella”. Do you have an email account on the phone that is work-related? That’s all it takes.

Thanks for the response. I don’t have an option to select “driving”. I have the following options - Do not disturb, Personal, Sleep, and Work. My device is personal and not under a business umbrella.
I’ve been retired from FedEx for more than years and a clean break from the company.
This issue only started recently.
