I just bought this phone last month. About a week ago I stopped receiving verification texts from my bank, Amazon etc. Also from my pharmacy (which are NOT short code texts). I called Apple Support and they went through my phone. Everything was correct. I called Cricket and they have made sure 3rd party texts are active. They reinstalled my esim. Still doesn’t work. What can I do?

Call Cricket and speak to someone higher up, texting is their feature.
