No option under Sounds and Haptics to turn off the Sent Message Swoosh - was this feature removed?

I’m using an iPhone 13, iOS 16.5. This form is auto identifying it as a XS, but the XS was replaced with a 13 more than a year ago.

I want to turn off the sent message swoosh sound. There are lots of instructions online showing a menu item under Sounds and Haptics to turn this off, but I see only a very limited list of choices in that menu on my device.

My menu only has five items: Ringtone, Text, Voicemail, Calendar Alerts, and Voicemail Alerts.

Please tell me there’s another way to turn off the outgoing message sound!

Maybe it was an option at some time in the distant past but it's not now. As I recall, thought, it has never been an option. I've seen this question quite a number of times and the answer has always been "You can't do that".

New Mail and Sent Mail are not an option on your iPhone. Please see the pic below iOS 16.5

Is this your corporate iPhone? Then please contact the system administrator of your corporate
If it is your personal device, in that case, do you have any profile installed by your corporate/organization/enterprise/School Management?
1. Erase the profile added by you If you have installed a profile on your own --> Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple ...
2. Or please contact the system administrator of the organization who provided the profile to you
