Bluetooth turns itself off

Lately my iMac turns off bluetooth when awaking from Sleep. This is a random but frustrating situation.

Since I'm using bluetooth keyboard and bluetooth trackpad, the only solution is to use a USB cable to connect each device in order to access System Settings / Bluetooth. Sometimes I can turn bluetooth back on; other times I have to reboot the computer in order to be able to turn on Bluetooth.

Situation seems to be related to Ventura as I have not encountered this previously.

iMac, macOS 10.13

I have the same problems. It disconnects the keyboard and mouse after sleep and even when I'm working and reconnects them after a few seconds. Rarely, I have to reconnect the keyboard or mouse with a cable or turn them off and on.

It seems that this problem is limited to the keyboard and mouse, because blue tooth speakers work fine.
