I used to be able to AirDrop items from my phone directly into the Downloads folder. This no longer works. I can only download to specific apps. Anyone else experiencing this? If this is a Ventura update, I really hate it.

I can airdrop from my Mac to other computers in the office, but if someone else (or even me, from my personal iPhone to my personal Mac) tries to airdrop to me, I need to have the "airdrop" window open on my Mac in order to receive anything. If not, I can still click "accept" but nothing will happen. In other words, I will have the impression that I have accepted the file, but nothing appears in my downloads folder.
