Siri is creating alarms with no sounds

Any alarm created by Siri should use Radar as the sound. If the alarms on your iPhone are defaulting to another tone, we would start by power cycling the iPhone using these instructions: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support While simple, this can refresh the iOS, apps and connections.

If you continue to have an issue, use these steps from Delete built-in Apple apps from your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch - Apple Support to remove the Alarm app, and then reinstall it. That can sometimes help resolve issues like this:

1. Touch and hold the app.

2. Tap Remove App from the shortcut menu.

3. Tap Delete App from the submenu.

Fixed* Solved* Workaround* to Siri Alarm No Sound or Can't Change Sound

Set an alarm manually for eg 10pm every night with your preferred sound. Then during the day when you need to ask Siri to set an alarm say, "Hey Siri change my 10pm alarm to x o'clock". Then it will go off with the sound you want, when you want. You could set alarms for 10:01, 10:02, 10:03 if you want to to verbally ask Siri to create a few alarms in a day. It's not perfect but if you set the 10pm one nightly, then every day it will be there to be changed to the time you want to and make the sound you want.

Can that be changed? Can you have Siri create an alarm using a different sound? Radar is kind of harsh and going into the clock app to change the sound defeats the purpose of using Siri.
