Upgrade to Ventura hangs up
Upgrading to Ventura hangs up and will not complete. I have tried holding down shift and power, but it still hangs up at same place when it restarts.

If updating normally isn't working, Apple has steps in their article here that can help. Take a look: If an error occurred while updating or installing macOS - Apple Support
The article goes over how you can update using safe mode. That should help.
