MacBook Pro 16" (2019) Fan Noise

There is still the problem that the unit gets warm/hot even with the smallest load and starts to ventilate excessively. For example, when an external monitor is connected, no matter what kind, the fan starts to run. If you start a normal film on the external monitor, the fans go up to the maximum. Every other cheap laptop doesn't make a sound... wtf is wrong here????

And I've been waiting a relatively long time for apple to finally address this problem!!!!

What can I do here now????

And please don't give me a cheap link to some totally useless apple site.

2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9

AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 4 GB

Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

I don't want to change them in any way. It simply cannot be that a device with this performance causes such problems. The problem with the heat and the fans occurs with the entire model series and to my knowledge Apple has not done anything to get these problems under control (firmware upgrade, etc.).

The easiest solution according to Apple support is to buy the new Macbook :-)

I have the same exact Mac. The only solutions I have found are to put the Mac into Low Power Mode or to get a Third Party accessory called "Turbo Boost Switcher" to disable Turbo Boost. Neither are reasonable solutions. My 2017 MBP had no issue like this. I really like the Touch Bar and don't think paying for an upgrade is a solution. I have also cleaned it out thoroughly.

I have been a fan of MacBook Pros since 2013 (still have 1 in operation) but it seems each new model has its issues these days.
