Hello, today I tried to mirror my MacBook Air with my Sony Baravia TV and the audio was so static and distorted. I made sure both were running fully updated systems and Bluetooth was turned off. What else could be the issue and how can I fix this audio issue?

We didn't see your TV listed under "AirPlay - Enabled TVs and Video Accessories" here: Home app - Accessories - Apple This may be why you aren't experiencing a great listening experience.
1. Make sure your Mac and Apple TV are on the same network.
2. Click Control Centerin the menu bar, click the Screen Mirroring icon
, then choose your Apple TV.
3. If asked, enter a four-digit code on your Mac.
4. To set whether your desktop mirrors or extends your Mac screen, click the Screen Mirroring icon, then choose Mirror Built-in Display or Use As Separate Display.
