I have 306GB of information stored somewhere on my iCloud drive. I cannot get the information. The iCloud drive just tells me to get more storage. I don't need more storage, just get my stuff and forget the cloud drive altogether. I only have 5GB that came with my computer. How to I get my data without upgrading?

Perhaps the user is mixing iCloud Storage with Drive Storage.

If you only have the free 5GB, there is no way you can have 306GB stored there. Did you previously have a larger plan?
