Extra charges for Paramount +

I did not reorder paramount . You have charged my account 3 times for one month. Ask for a refund. I have ordered it via direct. Please reimburse me for the addition charges and stop charging my account

This is a user to user forum, not Apple support. We have not charged you and cannot reimburse you.


How do you know the charges are all for Paramount+? Apple charges do not identify the source of the charge directly on your payment method's statement, they appear only as "apple.com/bill". If you are seeing a charge specifically for Paramount+ then it means you are subscribed directly to them through their website and Apple has nothing to do with that.

If you are seeing multiple charges from "apple.com/bill" you can identify them by following the steps in the support document linked below.

For refunds for subscriptions directly from Apple you must contact Apple support directly for a refund, and must make sure the subscription is cancelled correctly. click here ➜ Contact Apple Support for a refund


Make sure the subscription has been correctly cancelled on your Apple ID before requesting a refund.
