How do you know the charges are all for Paramount+? Apple charges do not identify the source of the charge directly on your payment method's statement, they appear only as "apple.com/bill". If you are seeing a charge specifically for Paramount+ then it means you are subscribed directly to them through their website and Apple has nothing to do with that.

If you are seeing multiple charges from "apple.com/bill" you can identify them by following the steps in the support document linked below.
