I signed up for the Annual Paramount subscription and I chose the discount for $49.99. However, I was charged $99.99. How can I get the over charged refund?
You can report an issue with a subscription billed through Apple/iTunes by going to http://reportaproblem.apple.com/.
I’d check your subscription to make sure it’s the correct one, though. There are two different versions of the annual plan for Paramount Plus: Essential for $49.99 or Premium for $99.99. You can check which one your’e subscribed to by going on iPhone/iPad to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > Paramount Plus. That screen will show you the name of the plan you have, the amount it bills and when it will renew. There is a button, “See All Plans >” that lets you switch to a different one.
