Some app cannot access internet under WIFI

Recently some of apps cannot access internet when WIFI is on, others do not have this problem

But under cellular everything works good.


I'm not sure if it related to iOS 16.5, some of apps seems been blocked from WIFI, even both WIFI and cellular are enabled.

Hello - I have this same issue and @Brittany1416 I have done everything you say here. Half of my apps will NOT connect when on Wifi (just continually try to load). When I go on cellular (even though I have Gig Fiber internet and all other devices in house work great), all work fine. Please look into this - this is recent issue I did not experience before IOS 16.5.

To help us better assist you, can you let us know more about what happens when you try to access those apps when connected to Wi-Fi? For example, do you receive an error, or do the apps not load, or something else? Do you experience this issue with all Wi-Fi networks, or only a certain one?

1. Close and reopen the app
Force the app to close. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.
 
2. Restart your device
Restart your iPhone or restart your iPad. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.
 
3. Check for updates
To see if updates are available for the app, open the App Store, tap your profile icon, then scroll down to see if updates are available. If updates aren't available for the app, update the software on your iPhone or iPad.
 
4. Delete the app, then redownload it
Delete the app. When you do this, you might lose data that was stored in the app. Then redownload the app. Then check to see if the problem with the app is fixed.
