How do we report the problems with Yelp to Apple so they will hear us? Yelp is so fraudulent and predatory. They hide good reviews unless a business pays for their monthly service, and highlight only negative reviews or no reviews if you refuse to pay.

Yelp is totally unreliable, manipulates reviews and blackmails businesses to get rid of bad reviews and retain good ones - or even threatens the opposite of the business owner does not agree to purchase Yelp advertising. It’s a scam. Apple should not associate with Yelp. It reflects badly on Apple
and makes me not want to use Apple Maps.

IdrisSeabright the problem isn’t for merchants to use a different mapping program, it’s about what most of our clients use. And Yelp is the primary review site that shows, Google ratings don’t even show up. Most of the negative reviews on yelp are from people who are purposefully hurting a business for reasons other than honest reviews, for example, competitors or friends of the competition. Yelp nearly always hides good reviews from genuine customers. They are viscous and predatory.
I really wish Apple would wake up and get away from Yelp. Yelp is the biggest bunch of scammers in the internet industry.
Yelp is the biggest group of con artists ever! I have literally dozens and dozens of positive reviews that they will not show simply because I will not pay them $400 a month. And I know that this is the norm for yelp. If I was Apple, I wouldn’t want my name dirtied by such a terrible company.

I didn't say anything about merchants or what they should use. I was saying that you, the end user, can chose to use a different navigation program.

So, then don't. You are not required to. If you are okay with the privacy implications, Google Maps and Waze are good options.
