The error message suggests that the note you are trying to access was originally shared by someone else, and they’ve either stopped sharing the note or changed the permissions so you no longer have access.
Here are some steps you can take:
1. Contact the Note owner: Reach out to the person who originally shared the note with you. Ask them to check if they’ve accidentally stopped sharing the note or if they’ve changed the permissions. If they have, they’ll need to re-share the note or adjust the permissions to give you access again.
2. Check your internet connection: Make sure that your device is connected to the internet, as you need an active internet connection to access shared notes.
3. Update your device: Make sure your device is updated to the latest version of iOS. Sometimes, software updates can fix issues related to apps and services.
4. Try signing out and back into iCloud: Go to Settings > [your name] > Sign Out. Then sign back in and check if the issue persists.
Remember to backup important data before you sign out to prevent any accidental data loss.
If these steps don’t help, consider reaching out to Apple Support directly for more detailed assistance.
