I have always shared notes with my work colleague but I removed her from one note and now she gets a message ‘note unavailable the owner stopped sharing or you don’t have permission to open it’ to all new notes I try to share.
how do I give permission to view again?
I am using notes in iCloud and they aren’t locked

If you can't share or collaborate on notes with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, try the steps below:
"Sign into iCloud and share with Apple accounts
Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple ID on all your devices. iCloud allows you to store, share, and collaborate on notes across devices.
To share a note using email, send the sharing invite to your contact's Apple account. To share a note using Messages, make sure your contact can receive iMessages. Some Notes collaboration features won't work unless both users are logged into iCloud."

Thank you, I’ve followed all the above and still cannot share with the person I previously did share notes with…… it’s almost like when I removed their access to the one note, they have been blocked from ever seeing future notes I try to share.
I have tested sharing with a new person and it worked, so I also tested removing another friend from a note and now they can’t be added again (to any notes)
