I ordered something from the adidas confirmed app. But I never got a confirming order mail. And it says that I’m logged in with this mail ****@privaterelay.appleid.com that I know nothing about? Can anybody help me?

Not sure if your question is still relevant.
But basically when your mail says @privaterelay.appleid.com, it's because when you log in with Apple ID on an app you said that you would like your mail to be private. Apple then creates a "fake" mail that reroutes the mails you get from said app. It's just a way for Apple to protect users private mails if needed.
