My MacBook Pro order hasn’t arrived

Hi everyone,

i purchased a new MacBook in June.

On july 8th, i received an email “Here is your shipment and tracking information”, it was supposed to be delivered on July 14.

But it hasn’t.

I’ve been trying to contact Apple and UPS, and there are no answers.

What can I do? I really need my new MacBook

Once in transit, there is nothing more you can do.


The delay between countries has been going on for quite some time.
