How to stop blue highlighting areas of mouse click in Mac OS Ventura?

Hi guys,

Im getting highlights everywhere I click, link, area, webaddress in browser...how to stop this?

I'm thinking it is possibly Full Keyboard Access in the Keyboard section of Accessibility System Settings.

Constant drop down menus I am constantly getting drop down menus when I am on my MAC. If I click a link on a page, I get a drop down menu. It takes constant clicking -- going off the page and clicking -- and if I'm lucky, it eventually goes away and I can go ahead and click the link I was wanting. This has just started in the last year or so. It's getting worse and worse. I've tried the suggestions regarding Preferences, Accessibility, etc. None of that works. Any ideas?

Mouse clicking on Monterey OS 12.6 Since updating my iMac to Monterey OS 12.6, mouse clicking is excessively and universally buggy. I get the back and other options, I can't simply open an app or a link in a browser. When I try to type something in a search box I get the emoji option and it takes 4 tries to get rid of it. We're all used to bugs in Apple OS's but this is infernal and almost makes my iMac unusable. I've updated, hoping for a fix, but none so far.
