When i launch itunes it crashes and i saw a fix online that says to go offline and disable auto updates and that fixes it, but when i try to log in it tells me verfication failed and yes my username and pw is right.

In the meantime, if iTunes, or rather your entire PC is offline it is expected to not be able to sign into the iTunes Store as there's no Internet connection.

There is no exact error it just crashes and when i log in it just says verification failed and thats it, there is no error logs i've checked.

I have reinstalled from both the microsoft store and the standalone .exe and have the same issues.
