itunes does not respond in Windows 10 Pro

I have uninstalled and deleted all files in the iTunes folder then reinstalled iTunes after experiencing non-responding. I am unable to play any Movies or other media without the iTunes program locking up. How do I fix this issue?

I have seen others who have posted about a similar problem. Can Apple investigate this with Microsoft and try to get a fix. iTunes 12.12.9.4 freezing on pc desktop I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes 12.12.9.4 on my windows 11 desktop. iTunes continues to freeze up and I have to use Task Manager to End the task.
