Impossible by using the now-deprecated Target Display Mode. Apple have abandoned it. See the very limited hardware and OS requirements here:

There may be third-party screen sharing option but most are slow to respond, or "laggy."

Correct, at least natively.

No. Sorry. While the 2013 iMac supports Target display mode, the M2 2022 MacBook Pro does not.
