I’m wondering of it’s possible to connect iMac late 2015 21.5 inches as a second monitor to Macbook Air M2 and how?

It is not possible with those two model Macs. Target Display Mode has very specific hardware and software requirements:
Use your iMac as a display with target display mode - Apple Support
Although it is no substitute for TDM, you can use Screen Sharing:
