Stop child re-downloading an app without having to delete App Store

The content restrictions has an option to always require permission to download an app. But this doesn’t work if they go to App Store>purchases and re-download from there. This is a massive loophole and means I have to delete the App Store from their phones which is annoying for everyone.

Can you please make a setting to actually prevent downloads without permission?

many thanks!

I've tried all of the restrictions and so far, my kid can still download apps that we had downloaded previously. They can't get new apps, but they can still redownload previous apps.
