Is it possible to stop a child from re-downloading a deleted app?

Block a Child's App that's already been downloaded Hi, i have my child's phone set up so that i can place screen time, content restrictions etc. He had downloaded an app which I have since realised is inappropriate and he has deleted it. How do I stop that app from being downloaded again so that I can open the App Store and allow him to download apps by just requesting permission? At the moment the only way I can ensure the app isn't downloaded again is by blocking the whole App Store which means I have to remove content restrictions each time he wants to do updates etc. If this isn't available, is this something that will be likely available in the future?

Stop child re-downloading an app without having to delete App Store The content restrictions has an option to always require permission to download an app. But this doesn’t work if they go to App Store>purchases and re-download from there. This is a massive loophole and means I have to delete the App Store from their phones which is annoying for everyone. Can you please make a setting to actually prevent downloads without permission? many thanks!

Permanently delete an app from iCloud I deleted an app from my sons phone that he downloaded without permission. We now have the setting to ask permission set, however he is able to download that app again without asking. Can we permanently delete the app?
