commandtoxbds is burning my CPU

After closing mostly all the apps, my Mac Pro (MacOs Ventura 13.3) continues to burn.

In the Activity Tracker, the first position is occupied by "commandtoxbds" (95-99%!!). The username is _lp.

Any clue for solving this issue?

'ReportCrash' process in activity monitor has high cpu usage - how do I check the cause? (Also, what is ASL Sender Statistics?) The ReportCrash process has a high % CPU value on my mac's activity monitor - currently 99% as I'm writing this. I saw on this thread that this is due to an application launching and crashing repeatedly, and that to see what causes the issue I can look at my system.log. However, when I check that, I don't see any references to crashes or ReportCrash. Instead, my console log is filled with "ASL Sender Statistics" running every 10 minutes. Are these problems related? Is the second one even a problem? TL;DR I have two issues: High CPU usage from ReportCrash ASL Sender Statistics running every 10 minutes. How do I solve these issues, and is #2 even an issue that needs fixing? Thank you!

that _ip user is a line-printer daemon.

that task-name is very similar to a CUPS (Common Unix Printing System) component. (CUPS was purchased by Apple and is the heart of the Mac printing system.)
