Overcharged Playing Royal Match Game

I have been severely overcharged when buying coins to play this game. How do I dispute this and have someone look into the history of the purchases and what is was charged?

Only way to get your money back is to go through your credit card company. Royal Match customer service out right lies. First they claimed I wasn’t charged and when I provided proof they said they would re-instate the purchase (I know how big of them to want to give me something I paid for). I’m still waiting.

I just was charged $29.95 after agreeing to buy coins for $0.99! Why has this app not been shut down yet?! I am disputing this charge! I noticed it had done this before, but thought it was just a fluke. Now I decided to google if anyone else had this problem, and it seems so many others have been overcharged as well!

I noticed charges only happening to iPhone users and not with Royal Match on other phones! Also, apple denied my dispute on the charges. So clearly it is a greedy apple /iPhone issue. I will be disputing with credit card. I long deleted app. But I really enjoyed it and would be fine paying some package’s especially when raising the dragons. But, this is so wrong. Especially that apple won’t help but lets us complain here. Thanks 🙏 for those on here letting me know it was not just me.

Apple isn't denying anything. THEY can't fix this. The author of the game is the only person/company with the source code. The calls to display the ads are part of the source code. Only THEY can change it.

Why not in the same game from the Google Play store? Who knows. Since they have to rewrite the game from scratch for each OS and hardware platform, it may be a bug in the code that prevents the ads from running. Or possibly the Play Store rules won't even allow an app on their system that displays ads. So they have to leave them out.

I’ve just realised the scam on my account. I purchased a “travel deal 75% off” for $9.99

the bank debit was for $19.98

when I looked up my history, I see there were multiple charges in one day. Something I just wouldn’t do being a pensioner.

i won’t be continuing with this game now. I don’t trust it.

has anyone had any success with getting their money back?

This is the third time I realize Royal Match is charging me for the ones I asked for—not doubling it, charging more, and I just have to quit the app for the third time. I do not think this is useful for getting your money back, but it is for people to know and not play.

I can sea how mucho money do they have to hire famous to tell mavellous thing about this app.

One Close persona have never Buy anything and continue playing every time she can

I’ve played RM since 5/23. Never purchased much until 3-4 months ago. Thought I was getting charged double,

but never checked and continued to play.

Have checked the last week, and definitely believe I have been charged double. I contacted support - they told me Apple did not always bill on same date product charged. I asked how I was supposed to track. They basically said that was my problem.

I’m getting out and would advise you to do the same. We have been ripped off.
