Overcharged Playing Royal Match Game

I have been severely overcharged when buying coins to play this game. How do I dispute this and have someone look into the history of the purchases and what is was charged?

Only way to get your money back is to go through your credit card company. Royal Match customer service out right lies. First they claimed I wasn’t charged and when I provided proof they said they would re-instate the purchase (I know how big of them to want to give me something I paid for). I’m still waiting.

Apple denies when I reported a problem, so I went to my credit card and they reversed a ton of them. It ended up as $345 in a month! I long deleted the game. I don’t see complaints of game on other phones like Google so it appears to be Apple related and the fact that they don’t fix it is insane! Best of luck to you.

I had thought that too. But if you can log in and check your purchase history. It appears that Apple will pull the funds at the end of the day. For ex. I usually buy $1.99 for 1000 coins. 2 or 3 times in one day sometimes. and what Apple is doing is lumping all the charges together as one $1.99 x 3 5.97 and so on. I can throw you off. If you have it set up to where your bank alerts you when you are charged.

this also happened to me. I bought a couple of package deals throughout the day $1.99 $5.99 and $7.99 it came out over $100. I just got credited back today. I had to cancel my debit card $134 what I got back. So yesterday I bought a couple of packages the firs two or three purchases was normal then I try to get one more and they declined my card. I looked in the charge was $29.99 the original fee was $5.99 that’s crazy. I wonder if we can talk to someone through Royal Match.

The ads for this game are incessant in Microsoft's Solitaire for iOS. It looks interesting, but after reading many reviews, it came down to what the ads show (lot's of puzzles to save the king) to what game play is really like (the puzzles very widely spread out with a lot of fluff in between).

It also suffers from the game play of many freemium games. You can advance rather quickly at the beginning, but it becomes nearly impossible - or glacially slow - to advance later in the game without getting the expensive in-app purchases.

At least, this is what a handful of other users have written about the game. I never bothered to try it after reading them.

Basically, I try to never download anything with in-app purchases. I do have a few, but only spent the few bucks to kill the ads in each one.

I, too, have been cheated. At first I didn't realize it because I was beginning to learn the game and could barely see what was available and the cost. After about a week I knew what I wanted but kept seeing wrong amounts, which were "supposedly" canceled. I didn't look at my e-mail amounts in detail until my delegated account (in which I decided to only keep a certain amount) was out of money within a day. I attempted to contact Apple Support but got vague answers. I assumed it because I just didn't understand how to report the situation. After finding this community, I now realize that I have to fight to get my money back. Has anyone had any luck with Apple?
