My FaceTime quit on me. What should I do to get it back?

FaceTime Disconnects on iPad 10th Gen Everytime I use my iPad 10th gen with FaceTime it will eventually disconnect. Sometimes it take 20 minutes, sometimes it disconnects in 30 seconds. Outgoing FaceTime call ringer glitched. iPhone 14 Pro with iOS 17.0.1 update has a FaceTime outgoing call ringer glitch. When I tried to FaceTime a friend, they didn’t answer, but the ringing didn’t stop and just got louder. I locked my phone and the sound continued but became very glitchy and more robotic sounding. I had to completely restart my phone to make the sound stop. Is it just my phone or has it happened to others?
