APP LIMITS NOT WORKING

Thank you Sean, I did some additional research and tried turning off Screen Time altogether and seemed to have worked. This issue began after an update. I had to reconfigure some settings but it looks to all be working again. Hopefully this will help someone else in the future.

When you go to the Screen Time page, at the bottom is an option, “Turn Off Screentime”. I did this, rebooted the phone for good measure, then enabled screentime again. I had to go back and set things up again but it worked. BUT … there is always a but, it is STILL quirky. I will set downtime limits then go back and they are all changed and my app limits will disappear from time to time. So, IMHO, Apple has some work to do.
