Volume going down when phone's battery is low, won't respond to change by buttons or contorl centre
I have noticed that whenever my phone's battery is below 10% and I am playing music, the volume is at the level I choose, until I tap the screen to "wake the phone up", after this happens, the volume level goes drastically down, but checking the level in the control center it appears the same as before. Turning the volume up or down in control centre or with the volume buttons does nothing.
After maybe 1 minute the volume slowly raises back to what it was when the screen was asleep, but without showing this in the control centre, unlike what happens when the phones brightness is automatically changed.
This only happens when the phones battery is below 10%, so I thought it might somehow be an alert to notify that the battery is low, but I've found no way to turn this function off.
There was also one other instance of this happening, I had turned up the volume to high to combat the sudden low volume, and after 1 minute the volume raised back to what it was before, but this time it was stuck that way. I set the volume to completely muted and it was still blaring on high. This instance made me think it was a bug or error and not a function.
I'm just looking for a way to stop this from happening.
